A video about the Mastering the Technology of Participation course I participated in many years ago as I was advancing my skills as a professional facilitator. The course takes place through four intensives of three days each quarterly, over the course of a year. It’s a great way to build a cohort of other professionals working to build their practice while still pursuing excellence in a common foundation of core ToP methods of group process. For anyone interested in professional development in this arena I would recommend checking this out.
